Little Fortress is a safe space for highly sensitive people (HSP) who often feel anxious, overwhelmed, dysregulated, heart-broken, or disconnected from their true selves.

Here, I support you in returning to a way of living that feels more grounded, intuitive, joyful, and authentic.

I’m Tatyana Akman, a holistic practitioner offering gentle practices through guided inner journey, meditation, reflection, yoga, and energy work, to support nervous system regulation, build inner safety, gain clarity, and reconnection to your inner harmony. Together, we tend to your inner garden with genuine curiosity and clarity, allowing transformation to occur naturally, through embodiment, and at a pace that honors your sensitivity.

We are all meant to live as a harmonious whole self, and yet along the way, life experiences can cause our inner world to fragment. Parts of us learn to hide, adapt, or harden in order to feel safe. Over time, we may begin judging or diminishing aspects of ourselves once deemed unacceptable, creating inner disharmony that seeps into our daily lives.

The intention of my work is to gently reconnect what has been separated, restoring inner harmony, supporting emotional regulation, and helping you feel at home within yourself again.

My approach is practical, grounded, and rooted in mindfulness and compassion. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and honest conversation, where curiosity replaces force and change unfolds naturally through awareness and embodiment.
