This offering is for you if you’re moving through a season of change, uncertainty, anxiety, overwhelm, heart-break, grief, or inner questioning, whether in your personal life, relationships, creative path, or your spiritual journey.
You may live in stress, feel consumed by your thoughts or emotions, disconnected from yourself, or feel stuck in a loop and unsure how to move forward in life.
In our 1:1 sessions, I offer a calm, supportive space where you don’t need to have it all figured out. We meet online via Zoom or in person (I’m currently based in Bali, Indonesia), and work together with what is present, gently, and skillfully.
Our sessions may include mindfulness meditation, guided visualization, somatic practices, energy work, deep compassionate inquiry, and reflective conversation. Rather than fixing or forcing change, we listen and explore the inner garden together, allowing clarity, regulation, and insight to arise naturally through embodied awareness.
The intention of this work is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, softening old patterns, and cultivating a deeper sense of inner safety, trust, and a sense of wholeness. From this place, you can move through life with greater ease, authenticity, and alignment.

I offer guided group meditation and healing sessions for gatherings both online and in person. These sessions are suited for workplaces, healing circles, community gatherings, events, summits, and retreats, anywhere a shared pause, grounding, and reconnection is needed.
Each session is thoughtfully shaped to meet the energy and intention of the group. Through mindfulness meditation, gentle somatic practices, and subtle energy work, I create a calm, inclusive space that supports nervous system regulation, emotional presence, and collective attunement.
Group sessions invite participants to slow down together, soften habitual tension, and reconnect with themselves within the safety of shared presence. The focus is not on doing or achieving, but on cultivating awareness, inner listening, and a sense of belonging, both within and with others.
Sessions can be adapted to different group sizes, durations, and themes, and are offered online via Zoom or in person (currently based in Bali, Indonesia).

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that supports deep relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Through light touch, hands-on or hands-off techniques, and distance healing, Reiki invites the body and nervous system into a state where healing can unfold naturally.
Rather than directing or forcing change, Reiki works by supporting your body’s innate intelligence. It can help release held tension, soothe emotional overwhelm, and restore a sense of harmony between mind, body, and spirit. Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming, grounding, and subtly transformative.
As a Reiki Master, I offer Reiki sessions for adults, children, and animal companions. Sessions are guided with care, presence, and respect for each being’s unique sensitivity.

My yoga offerings are gentle, grounding, and rooted in mindful presence, these sessions invite you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body as a safe and supportive place to inhabit.
Drawing from gentle flow, Yin Yoga, somatic awareness, Pranayama, and meditation, my classes support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and embodied presence.
Each session is guided with sensitivity, allowing space to soften habitual tension, restore inner balance, and move with greater ease and trust in your own rhythm.
Sessions can be experienced in group settings or 1:1, online or in person (currently based in Bali, Indonesia).
