Hi! I’m Tatyana,
I am a holistic practitioner, and my work is grounded in tenderness and deep respect for the inner world, informed by deeply contemplative and creative practices.
Originally trained in the arts, I studied visual art and began performing at the age of 15, later working as an actress before transitioning into the field of wellness. This artistic foundation deeply informs my sensitivity to embodiment, emotion, creative expression, presence, and the subtle inner landscapes of the human experience.
For many years I struggled to live in a way that truly honored my sensitivity. I continued living in misalignment, forcing myself to be “normal”, until periods of depression and autoimmune illness became invitations to slow down and listen inward. Through this process, I learned to tend to my inner garden, live more authentically, and see my sensitive nature as my greatest gift.
Today, I draw from my trainings and lived experience to support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and a deeper connection to the body, heart, and inner wisdom. Through my work with individuals and groups, both online and in person, I create gentle, intuitive, and trauma-informed spaces that invite people to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their innate wholeness, I particularly supports creative and sensitive souls seeking a more spiritual, compassionate, and embodied way of relating to themselves and their lives.
I currently live in Bali, Indonesia, where I continue to walk this path of service with devotion alongside my sphynx cat, Riddle.
