Meet Tatyana

Tatyana Akman holds space and guides others through their inner landscape with mindfulness meditation, somatic practices, and energy work, helping them return to a sense of home within themselves. Her approach is rooted in childlike wonder, gentle openness, and play — qualities that have been with her since the beginning.

Before dedicating her path to healing, Tatyana was an actress and a singer-songwriter, immersed in the world of performing arts. Expression and sensitivity were always at the center of her life, yet for many years she felt consumed by them — overwhelmed by depression, autoimmune illness, and the stress of living out of alignment as a highly sensitive person. These challenges became the very ground of her transformation. Through her own practices of mindfulness, somatic awareness, yoga, and energy work, she learned to embrace her sensitivity not as a burden, but as her greatest gift.

Her lived experiences allow her to meet others with deep compassion and authenticity. She knows firsthand what it feels like to be disconnected from oneself — and how powerful it is to finally return home.

Tatyana is a certified trauma-informed mindfulness meditation teacher, guide, and mentor, Reiki Master, Bach Flower Remedies practitioner, and multi-passionate artist. She brings together both training and lived wisdom to offer a grounded, heart-centered path of mindfulness and healing, she currently lives in Bali, Indonesia with her beloved sphynx cat, Riddle.
